Sculpt Class Schedule

Try a 50-minute SCULPT class with me at Loft Cycle Club on the Danforth! Loft Cycle Club is a community-focused Spin + Sculpt studio, lifestyle boutique + cafe! They offer 3 Sculpt class styles to complement your active lifestyle: Balance, Build and Burn (see descriptions below). Join me on the mat for a Sculpt class, try a Spin class and enjoy a smoothie, energy bite, plus great community vibes after class!

Kerry’s SCULPT Schedule:

BALANCE

Tuesdays, 6:30-7:20PM | Wednesdays, 9:10-10:00AM

  • Blend of stretch and mobility
  • Strengthens the core
  • Creates length, flexibility and balance throughout the body

BUILD

  • High-intensity circuit training
  • Strengthen postural muscles
  • *Running shoes required

Fridays, 6:30-7:20AM

BURN

  • use light weights and elongated sequences to sculpt abs and hips
  • Get deep into your muscles with a strong focus on core strength
