LET'S MOVE TOGETHER!

Live weekly classes are a great way to connect with other members of our community & commit to your fitness routine in a joyful and sustainable way.

Members of The Kerry Heming Way enjoy unlimited access to 3 live online classes each week, as well as recordings of each workout session.

Below you'll find our weekly live online schedule, descriptions of each class, as well as my weekly in-person class schedule.

All classes are low impact and modifications will always be offered so that you can adjust exercises based on your specific needs on any given day.

WEEKLY LIVE ONLINE SCHEDULE

All classes are 45 minutes and run online via Zoom.

Replays will be sent out to all registrants and members after each class.

FULL BODY PILATES

Tuesdays Online

Pilates is an innovation system of safe and effective exercises that focus on enhancing core strength, improving joint mobility, and mitigating aches and pains in the body.

We'll work on toning and strengthening the entire body during each Pilates session, with extra emphasis on the core (abs, glutes, and back muscles).

When practiced consistently, Pilates will improve your posture, balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, endurance, breathing, energy levels, body awareness and so much more!

PILATES SCULPT

Wednesdays Online

This class combines the precision, control, and stability elements of Pilates with the strength, endurance and balance elements of Barre to give you a full body sculpting workout!

Pilates Sculpt will include a few more standing exercises than our regular Pilates sessions, and will incorporate fun props to put your muscles to the test.

Expect to feel your muscles shake and quake in the best way possible! This class is the perfect opportunity to take your practice to the next level.

Improve your balance, flexibility, and develop deep core strength in this uplifting class.

PILATES STRETCH

Fridays Online

Improve your flexibility, alignment and mobility in this feel-good class. Pilates Stretch is always a fan-favourite as it lands at the end of the week when your muscles often need it most.

We'll begin with a sequence of exercises that build heat in your body and mobilize your joints. Once we've effectively warmed up, we'll dive into deeper stretches with long, juicy holds.

Each exercise/stretch is designed to help you move more freely in your body, elongate your muscles and release tension around typically tighter spots (the hips, hammies, shoulders, back & neck).

Get ready to stand taller, squat deeper, and twist/bend a little easier after each feel-good stretch session. Let the stress of the week melt away!
