Live weekly classes are a great way to connect with other members of our community & commit to your fitness routine in a joyful and sustainable way.

All classes are low impact and modifications will always be offered so that you can adjust exercises based on your specific needs on any given day.

Pilates is an innovative system of safe and effective exercises that focus on enhancing core strength, improving joint mobility, and mitigating aches and pains in the body.
We'll work on toning and strengthening the entire body during each Pilates session, with extra emphasis on the core (abs, glutes, and back muscles).
When practiced consistently, Pilates can improve your posture, balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, endurance, breathing, energy levels, body awareness and so much more!
This class combines the precision, control, and stability elements of Pilates with the strength, endurance and balance elements of Barre to give you a full-body sculpting workout!
Pilates Sculpt will include a few more standing exercises than our regular Pilates sessions, and will always incorporate fun props to put your muscles to the test.
Expect to feel your body shake and quake in the best way possible as you work to improve your balance, flexibility, and core strength. This class will take your practice to the next level!
Improve your flexibility, alignment and mobility in this feel-good class. Mobility & Stretch is always a fan-favourite as it lands at the end of the week when your muscles often need it most!
We'll begin with a sequence of exercises that build heat in your body and mobilize your joints. Once we've effectively warmed up, we'll dive into deeper stretches with long, juicy holds.
Each exercise is designed to help you move more freely in your body, elongate your muscles and release tension around the usual tight spots (hips, hammies, shoulders, back & neck).
Get ready to stand taller, squat deeper, and twist/bend a little easier after each feel-good stretch session. Let the stress of the week melt away!
