Dedicating the next 30 days to your health and wellness by taking small action steps every single day. A little YOU time each day will have you feeling fresh, more confident and balanced in no time.
The goal is to develop new, healthy habits over the course of 30 days, that will stick with you year-round, so you can transition right into a 365-day healthy active lifestyle!

This Challenge will be Threefold…
Part 1: Pilates Every Day!
In my opinion, this is the best part of the challenge!
The Goal: Complete the Foundational Pilates Sequence (laid out in your Ebook) every day for 30 days. This can be done in as little as 30 minutes, or if you have more time you can add more reps of each exercise and keep practicing as long as you like!

Part 2: Daily Meditation
The Goal: meditate every day for 30 days, for 5 to 25+ minutes. Use the time you have! You will truly feel the difference when you take even 5 minutes a day to focus on your breath and tune-in to what’s going on in your body and mind.

Part 3: Daily Juice
The third and final portion of this challenge can be completely optional, as it will depend on what you have access to. BUT if you have a juicer or a blender…
The Goal: Drink 1 raw fruit and veggie juice per day! I find juicing to be the ultimate reset tool when it comes to improving my overall health.
