Welcome to the Pushing 30 Challenge!
The Pushing 30 Challenge is a 30-day reset for your body and mind. Inspired by my 30th birthday (which has now come and gone), this challenge will help you get back on track and take charge of your life.
Make this year all about putting yourself first. Dedicate 30 consecutive days to your health and wellness and join the challenge! A little YOU time each day will have you feeling fresh, confident, balanced and strong in no time.
The goal is to develop new, healthy habits over the course of 30 days, that will stick with you year-round. After 30 days, you will shift from a 30-day challenge right into a 365-day lifestyle! So, if you are feeling like you could also use a reset, or need some motivation/inspiration to get your body moving again, get started today!

This Challenge will be Threefold…
Part 1: Pilates Every Day!
In my opinion, the best part of the challenge! The goal: Complete 30 Pilates exercises a day for 30 days.

Part 2: Daily Meditation
Part 2 of the challenge: meditating every day for 30 days, for anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes. You will truly feel the difference when you take even 5 minutes a day to focus on your breath and tune-in to what’s going on in your body and mind.

Part 3: Daily Juice
The third and final portion of this challenge will be drinking 1 raw fruit and veggie juice per day! I find juicing to be the ultimate reset tool when it comes to improving my overall health. Try it for yourself!
