Mondays | FULL BODY PILATES

Pilates is an innovative system of safe and effective exercises that focus on enhancing core strength, improving joint mobility, and mitigating aches & pain in the body.


We'll work on toning & strengthening the entire body during each Pilates session, with extra emphasis on the core (abs, glutes, and back muscles).


When practiced consistently, Pilates will improve your posture, balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, endurance, breathing, energy levels, body awareness and so much more!


Optional Props:

  • Light weights (1-3lbs)

  • loop resistance band (medium-heavy)

  • Pilates squish ball (6-9 inches).

Sculpt Your Body with Pilates

Wednesdays | Pilates Sculpt

This class combines the precision, control & stability elements of Pilates with the strength, endurance & balance elements of Barre to give you a full-body sculpting workout!


Pilates Sculpt is a slightly faster-paced class, and will always include fun props that will put your muscles to the test. Expect to feel your muscles shake n' quake in the best way! This class is the perfect opportunity to take your practice to the next level.


Improve your flexibility and balance, sculpt your muscles, and develop deep core strength.


Finish this workout feeling energized, strong, and confident in your body!


Props (highly recommended):

  • Light weights (2-3lbs)

  • Loop resistance band (medium-heavy)

  • Pilates squish ball (6-9 inches).

Tone Up & Stretch Out


Thursdays | Tone & Stretch

Improve your flexibility, alignment & strength in this flowy Pilates stretch class.


This class will start with a series of Pilates and yoga exercises that focus on building heat and mobility in the body. We will effectively warm up your muscles first, before spending 10-20 minutes doing deeper stretches and relaxing into specific positions, designed to elongate your muscles and release tension in the body.


This class is the perfect complement to your Pilates & Barre practice and will promote exceptional muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, breathing, and body awareness.


Optional Props:

  • Light weights (2-3lbs)

  • Loop resistance band (medium-heavy)

  • Pilates squish ball (6-9 inches)
