The Jump In January Pilates Challenge is a results-driven program that helps ambitious women implement simple and healthy lifestyle habits into their daily schedule.

Each Pilates workout can be completed in the comfort of your own home with little equipment, space, and in just 45 minutes. Build your workout plan around YOUR lifestyle and practice when it suits you best with lifetime access to the weekly workout sessions. 

Live workouts will be held on Zoom 4x/week on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 6:00-6:45PM EST & on Fridays from 12:15-1:00PM EST.

Where is the program located?
Everything you need to successfully complete the program will be provided to you digitally. You can complete the program from anywhere with no fancy equipment! 

This program is designed to fit into your daily life without adding extra stress. This program gives you the freedom to do everything in the comfort of your own home and even on the go!
If I'm out of shape can I still participate?
Yes! This program is designed for all levels of fitness. I will provide different workout options and modifications for each exercise in the program. The goal is to move your body to the best of YOUR ability. 

We'll take it one day at a time and slowly create healthy movement and mindset habits that will get you into great shape, as long as you stay consistent! 
When does the program begin?
The program will officially begin on Monday January 10th! But before we start, you'll take a bit of time to set your goals, and schedule your workouts into your calendar. 
How often will I exercise each week?
The goal of the challenge is to complete 4 Pilates workouts, each 45 minutes in length, per week. If you have been out of practice for a while, or are brand new to Pilates, you are welcome to aim for 3 workouts per week, and save a few of the recordings for after the challenge! Do what works best for you.

Email and I will answer any outstanding questions you have to the best of my ability! If anything is holding you back from getting started, I am sure we can find a solution together :).
