The Jump In January Challenge is a results-driven pilates-based program that helps ambitious people like YOU implement healthier lifestyle habits into their daily schedule in a fun and sustainable way.

During the program, you'll be fully supported by your health-savvy Pilates coach, Kerry (that's me!) as well as your fellow challengers, who will hold you accountable and keep you motivated when things get tough.

You will never be left to figure things out on your own... We are all in this together!
Kerry's 21-Day Pilates Program will guide you every step of the way. 
You'll practice Pilates 4 times a week online via Zoom, and classes will always be recording in case you can't make a live session. 

Live Class Schedule:
Every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 6:00-6:45PM EST and every Friday from 12:15-1:00PM EST for the month of January. Challenge starts January 10th!

Kerry will also share her best health tips & strategies, and plenty of inspiration in her email check-ins throughout the month to keep you on track as you move through the challenge.

Each low-impact, muscle-burning Pilates workout is designed with all-levels of fitness in mind. We'll work the upper body, core, & lower body during each session, for a well-rounded workout every time. Join the live classes online or watch the recordings when it suits you best!

Personal Goal Setting
