Barre Class Schedule

Try my upbeat, fun and effective Barre classes in Toronto! Improve your balance, flexibility, endurance, strength, and alignment in a 45, 50 or 60-minute class. We’ll use light weights and elongated sequences to sculpt your abs, arms, legs and glutes and will go extra deep into your muscles with a focus on core strength and stability. My classes will challenge your body and mind as your muscles shake and quake their way to the finish line. Leave with more body awareness, energy and a boost of confidence to take on the rest of your day!
