March MATness Pilates Challenge
Dates: Tues, March 5th - Friday, March. 22nd, 2024
Challenge Details:
This 3-week exercise program includes 2 Pilates workouts and 1 Mobility & Stretch class each week. Classes will be taught LIVE online via Zoom, and you'll receive access to each class recording so you can practice when it suits you best.
All you need to complete the challenge is your mat and a few small props (Pilates squish ball, loop resistance band, and light hand weights). Practice at home, at the office, or even while travelling!

No matter what your experience level is, you are welcome to join this challenge! All classes are low-impact, and modifications will be offered so you can adjust your practice as needed on any given day.
I focus on moving your body in ways that feel GOOD, and progress over perfection. Your mat should always feel like a safe & happy place for you to return to. So, start where you are, listen to your body, and most importantly... have FUN!
