What is the 12 Days of Fitmas Challenge?

The 12 Days of Fitmas Challenge is the best way to keep your body moving and stay consistent with your workouts leading up to the Christmas.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it... is to complete a total of 12 workouts in 21 days... all from the comfort of your own home!

100% doable, right?!

All 12 workouts will be taught virtually over Zoom, and you will have access to each workout recording, if you are unable to attend the live sessions.

Each Pilates & Barre-Inspired workout is designed with all-levels of fitness in mind. We'll work the upper body, core, & lower body during each session, for a well-rounded workout every time. No muscle will be left behind!



Last year we had close to 50 people take on the challenge and it was an absolute blast! It really became a team effort with challengers motivating & inspiring each other... sharing their weekly wins, what muscles were the most sore, when they were going to complete missed workouts... and we even pulled out some festive accessories for the final Fitmas class^!

More About the Fitmas Workouts

Each Pilates & Barre-inspired workout will be low-impact, designed for all-levels, and will get your heart-pumping & muscles firing in record time. 

These 45-minute workouts will combine interval & resistance training with Kerry's favourite Pilates and Barre moves, making each class dynamic, challenging, and fun

Expect to tone & sculpt your muscles and develop deep core strength, while improving your balance, coordination, body awareness, and so much more!

This workout will make you sweat, laugh, shake, and feel totally awesome. You are guaranteed to feel the burn!

Throughout the program, you will also be given the option to use certain props to enhance your workout, including light dumbbells (2-5lbs), a loop resistance band (medium-heavy) and the Pilates squish ball. 

Props are always optional, and you are welcome to do the entire program without any equipment if that suits you best!

More About Your Coach: Kerry Heming

Hi! I'm Kerry, your cheery & uplifting Instructor. I have a playful spirit and absolutely love helping people prioritize their health, smash their fitness goals, and change their lives for the better. 

When I discovered the wondrous practices of Pilates and Barre back in 2014, I decided to jump all in and take both certifications, without hesitation. I knew I would fall madly in love with these practices, and that the two would compliment each other so beautifully.

Becoming an Instructor sparked a fire inside me and deepened my love of teaching, movement, and helping others feel amazing, both inside and out.

This fire really comes out in my upbeat and challenging classes! I love educating my students on the best ways to move their bodies, encouraging them to go a bit further than they think they can, and making it fun and enjoyable at the same time! 

I strive to help my students become the most happy, healthy and pain-free versions of themselves... And I can't wait to help you do the same
